Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in the original packaging, ensuring all original tags are attached and a copy of the packing slip is included.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via the portal and affix it to the outside of your package over any previous labels.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
